At Welcia Singapore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a hassle-free exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your Welcia account, navigate to your order history, and select 'Request Return' for the specific items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags, hygiene seals, and labels intact to ensure they qualify for a refund.

  Drop Off or Collection

  Choose between dropping your package at any authorized SingPost location or scheduling a home pickup through our courier partner via the returns portal.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned apparel, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
